A lawyer for one of the alleged victim’s Jerry Sandusky, former Penn State football coach who is now facing charges of child sex abuse, 40, said Sandusky’s old New York Times interview raises new questions about whether he might have sought to influence witnesses just before he was indicted. NBC Michael Isikoff reports.
While the jury investigated by for allegedly sexually abusing criminal boys, Jerry Sandusky says he talks and even eat with men who are now identified as victims. 67-year-old former Penn State assistant coach accused of sexually abusing boys for over a decade of holding this meeting as evidence of his innocence, but a lawyer for at least one of the victims believe they could be criminal.
In early November, Sandusky was charged with sexual abuse allegations of 40 boys for about 14 years. But the public knows the investigation months earlier.
The story went public on March 31, when the Patriot News newspaper broke the story that grand jury has been convened to look into allegations that Clinton County Sandusky abused, PA., a 15-year-old boy, now known as victim 1.
